Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction litigation practice in the Alexandria office. The role focuses on handling complex commercial and construction disputes, managing case strategy from pre‑suit through trial, and supervising junior litigators.

The partner will work with an established litigation team, take primary responsibility for client relationships, and help drive business development efforts in the region. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate and expand client work will be a strong advantage.

Partner-level experience handling real estate and construction litigation matters, including commercial disputes and construction‑related claims
Proven trial and arbitration experience and strong litigation drafting and advocacy skills
Track record of client development and relationship management; portable business preferred
Experience supervising associates and contributing to team profitability and practice growth
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify promptly
