Senior litigation partner opportunity in Austin focused on real estate and construction disputes. The role centers on leading complex commercial litigation, managing trial and appellate matters, and supervising a team of litigation lawyers on high-stakes cases.

The team handles a mix of contract, construction defect, lender/borrower and other real estate-related disputes. The position calls for a senior practitioner who can take ownership of matters, develop client relationships, and drive business development in the region.

Portable practice and existing client relationships are welcome and will be supported; the firm seeks someone who can immediately contribute both as a lawyer and as a client-facing leader.

Established litigation experience in real estate and construction matters (trial and appellate experience preferred)
Proven record of leading teams and managing complex commercial disputes
Strong business development skills and ability to grow a portable practice
Bar admission in Texas (or qualification to obtain) and ability to chair client-facing matters
