Established U.S. law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Houston office to lead real estate and construction litigation matters. The role will focus on dispute resolution across commercial real estate and construction-related claims, including complex commercial litigation and trial work.

The team handles high-stakes, commercial cases for institutional and private clients and is looking for a senior lawyer who can manage major matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice development. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced practice with national and regional engagements.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction litigation, including courtroom and arbitration experience
Track record of managing complex commercial litigation matters and supervising teams
Demonstrated business development abilities; a portable practice or ability to generate and cultivate client relationships preferred
Bar admission in Texas (or eligibility) and familiarity with local courts and regional market
Strong client-facing, writing, and oral advocacy skills
