Apply in confidence →A national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to lead and grow its construction and real estate litigation practice in the Indianapolis office. The role focuses on complex commercial construction disputes, real estate litigation, and related transactional work for regional and national clients.
The successful candidate will join an established litigation team and will handle trial and arbitration matters, manage junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on construction-related issues. This is a visible role with opportunities to develop client relationships and expand a portable practice.
- Established partner-level litigation experience with a focus on construction and/or real estate disputes.
- Proven trial and arbitration experience and the ability to manage complex matters from intake through resolution.
- Track record of business development; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred.
- Ability to mentor and lead junior lawyers and collaborate across practice groups. Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain it.
