Leading US law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Irvine office to lead and expand a construction-focused real estate litigation practice. The role will handle high-stakes construction disputes, developer and owner representation, and related real estate litigation across California.

The successful candidate will step into a partner-level role with responsibility for client relationships, matter origination, and supervising associates. There is an expectation that the hire will be able to grow a portable practice or contribute existing client relationships, though candidates without a sizable book but with demonstrable origination capability will also be considered.

Established partner with significant experience in construction litigation and real estate disputes.
Proven trial and/or arbitration experience and familiarity with California practice and procedures.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading teams.
Active California bar licence (or ability to obtain admission) and strong written and oral advocacy skills.
