Established national litigation practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Irvine office to lead and grow litigation work across employment, healthcare, construction and professional liability matters. The role will involve handling trial and complex commercial disputes, supervising teams and working closely with clients across those sectors.

The successful candidate will be a rainmaking litigator with a demonstrable record of client development and the ability to bring or expand a portable practice. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for case strategy, mentoring junior lawyers and business development in the region.

Proven partner-level litigation experience in employment, healthcare, construction and/or professional liability.
Track record of courtroom and trial experience handling complex commercial disputes.
Demonstrable client-development skills and ability to grow a portable practice.
Strong leadership and team management abilities; experience mentoring associates.
Active bar admission and JD or equivalent.
