Leading national law firm seeks a lateral litigation partner to join its Irvine office to lead and grow a trial-focused securities and white-collar practice. The role will handle complex civil and regulatory matters, managing teams and client relationships across related disputes.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for courtroom-led work, oversee case strategy and staffing, and collaborate with existing practice leaders to develop new business. The team represents corporate and individual clients in securities, government investigations, and other high-stakes litigation.

Established litigation partner with a strong background in securities litigation and/or white-collar defense.
Proven trial and courtroom experience, including managing major hearings and trials.
Track record of originating or cultivating client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
Experience supervising associates and support staff; strong case management skills.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in California.
