Seeking a seasoned lateral partner to lead and grow a real estate and construction litigation practice in our Laramie office. The role focuses on managing complex construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and counseling clients through pre-litigation and trial phases.

Partner will supervise and mentor litigation teams, maintain high standards of client service, and work with regional colleagues on cross-office matters. A portable practice or demonstrated business development success will be welcomed.

Established litigation background with substantial experience in construction disputes and commercial real estate matters.
Proven trial and courtroom experience and ability to manage complex caseloads from intake through trial.
Track record of client development; portable book of business or demonstrable business generation capability preferred.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to collaborate with attorneys across offices.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
