Established regional office seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its real estate and construction litigation practice in Lincoln. The role focuses on handling complex construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and related matters across dispute resolution forums.

Successful candidates will take a client-facing leadership role, supervising case teams and developing business in the region. The position is suited to an experienced litigator with a track record in construction- and real-estate-related disputes and proven ability to originate or bring portable work.

Partner-level experience with a primary focus on construction and commercial real estate litigation.
Proven courtroom and/or ADR experience, including managing large, document-intensive matters.
Demonstrable client relationships and history of originating or sustaining business; a portable practice is highly desirable.
Ability to mentor junior lawyers and build a local practice presence.
