Top-tier regional law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its Real Estate and Construction Litigation practice in the Manchester office. The role combines hands-on litigation work with real estate transactional matters and client-facing business development.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing complex construction and commercial disputes, supervising junior lawyers, and building relationships across the firm’s commercial real estate platform. A portable practice or demonstrable business development record is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate matters
Proven trial and/or arbitration experience handling construction disputes and related commercial litigation
Track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable book of business considered an asset
Ability to supervise and mentor associates and contribute to firmwide cross-practice initiatives
Admission to the relevant state bar and good standing
