Leading role for an experienced Real Estate partner to join a well-established national practice with a strong regional presence in Manchester. The role will focus on commercial development and real estate investments and offers scope to grow a client base and take a visible leadership position within the team.

The Real Estate team advises across commercial development, investment, mixed-use schemes, landlord & tenant, retail & leisure, real estate finance and related planning/environmental matters. You will work closely with corporate, banking and restructuring colleagues and benefit from integrated property services across the wider group.

Proven track record in commercial real estate law, with particular experience in development and real estate investment.
Demonstrable business development ability and a proactive networker who can win and expand client relationships.
Leadership experience, including team management and mentoring of junior lawyers.
Comfortable working collaboratively with corporate, banking, restructuring and property-services teams; strong commercial judgment.
