Senior partner-level hire sought to lead and expand an established employment and labor litigation practice in the Manchester office of a well‑regarded national law firm. The role combines courtroom and advisory work across contentious employment matters.

You will manage high‑value litigation, supervise associates, and develop client relationships. The team serves a range of commercial clients and employers on disputes, regulatory exposure, and workplace compliance.

A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome and will be considered in assessing fit and seniority.

Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation.
Strong trial and contentious litigation background; experience managing teams and delegating matters.
Track record of business development and client relationship management; portable work preferred.
Admission to the relevant UK bar and ability to practice in England and Wales.
