Partner-level opportunity with a large U.S. national firm seeking an experienced litigator to lead and grow a Manchester-based practice focused on commercial litigation, employment and labor matters, healthcare disputes, and construction-related claims.

The role combines client-facing responsibility with team leadership: managing cases from intake through trial, supervising associates, and collaborating with national practice groups. The firm is looking for a partner who can both service existing client relationships and develop new business in the region.

Established partner track record in commercial litigation and employment law; experience in healthcare and construction disputes a plus.
Demonstrable litigation experience (trial and/or high-stakes dispute resolution) and ability to supervise junior lawyers.
Business development capability; a portable practice or demonstrable client origination is desirable.
Admission to the relevant U.K. bar and eligibility to practice in the jurisdiction.
