Experienced litigation partner sought to join a well-regarded firm’s Miami office to lead and expand a real estate and construction litigation practice. The role focuses on handling complex commercial disputes arising from development, construction, leasing and related real estate matters.

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, supervise and develop teams of associates, and contribute to business development efforts. There is an expectation of bringing or growing a portable practice, where appropriate.

Established track record in real estate and construction litigation, including complex commercial disputes
Partner-level experience managing cases and supervising associates
Proven business development skills and ability to grow client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Bar admission in Florida and ability to practice in the Miami market
