Seeking a senior litigation partner to join a major New York practice focused on real estate and construction disputes. The role will handle complex commercial litigation, represent owners, developers and contractors, and take a lead role on courtroom and arbitration matters.

The partner will be client-facing and responsible for originating and growing business, supervising associates, and collaborating across transactional and regulatory teams. This is a practice-focused leadership role with significant opportunity to build a portable practice.

Established track record in real estate and construction litigation or commercial litigation.
Admitted to practice in New York with strong courtroom and arbitration experience.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable business welcome.
Experience managing and mentoring associates and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
