The firm seeks a partner able to handle courtroom, arbitration and pre-trial work, develop and maintain client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcome.

Established partner-level experience in construction litigation and related real estate disputes
Proven record of managing complex matters, including trials and arbitrations
Client development skills and ability to grow a portable practice
Admissions and good standing in the relevant state bar (California preferred)
Experience supervising junior lawyers and collaborating across practice groups
