The partner will manage and grow a team handling trials, arbitrations and complex pre‑litigation work, advising owners, developers, contractors and lenders. Proven partner‑level experience in real estate litigation and construction dispute work.
Track record of leading litigation matters through trial or arbitration and managing associates.
Business development ability and willingness to build a portable practice or expand client relationships.
