Senior partner opportunity with a well-established national practice to lead and grow a construction-focused real estate litigation group in the Shelburne area. The role combines case leadership, courtroom advocacy and strategic client counseling across construction, real estate and related commercial disputes.

You will run complex litigation matters, supervise associates and collaborate with broader practice teams on contract, indemnity and construction-defect issues. The hire will be expected to maintain and develop client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.

Established partner track record in construction and/or real estate litigation.
Substantial trial and motion practice experience; ability to lead complex commercial disputes.
Proven client development skills and experience supervising teams of associates and staff.
Active bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction or willingness to obtain it.
