The team handles a wide range of construction-related litigation and counseling for owners, contractors, and developers. The role combines courtroom work with client counseling and matter management.

Candidate will be expected to contribute to practice growth; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is desirable.

Proven partner-level experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
Admission to practice in Missouri (or ability to obtain promptly)
Strong trial or arbitration experience and case-management skills
Demonstrated business development and client relationship experience; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Ability to work collaboratively on contested matters and advise transactional teams
