Proven partner-level employment litigation experience (handling state and federal court matters and administrative proceedings)
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development ability preferred
Strong trial and motion practice skills, with experience supervising associates
Excellent client-management, writing and oral-advocacy abilities
