Well-established US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its St. Louis litigation team with a securities and white‑collar focus. The role will include handling contested matters, regulatory and securities-related disputes, and significant trial or enforcement work.

The position is client-facing and will involve managing a mix of private‑client and institutional matters in a volume‑oriented practice. The firm is looking for a partner who can lead cases, develop business, and collaborate across practice groups to grow the local bench.

Proven partner-level litigation background with securities and/or white‑collar experience
Track record of handling contested litigation, investigations or enforcement matters
Ability to manage client relationships and contribute to business development; portable practice welcomed
Strong litigation skills including courtroom and motion practice; team leadership experience
