Leading national law firm seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Real Estate and Construction Litigation practice in Ventura County. The role focuses on handling complex commercial and construction disputes, representing owners, developers, contractors, and related stakeholders across litigation and dispute-resolution forums.

The ideal candidate will bring partner-level litigation experience, a proven record of managing matters through trial and ADR, and the ability to develop and supervise a team. There is an expectation of a portable practice or demonstrated origination capability to support and grow the regional practice.

Partner-level experience in real estate and construction litigation, including commercial construction disputes.
Demonstrated trial and ADR experience and comfort managing significant matters from intake through resolution.
Proven business development/origination ability or a portable practice to help grow the regional team.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills for supervising associates and interacting with clients. Bar admission in California required.
