Experienced trial lawyer or practice leader sought to join a busy real estate and construction litigation group in Walnut Creek. The role will focus on complex commercial disputes arising from construction projects, real estate transactions and related contractor/subcontractor issues.

The firm is looking for a partner-level candidate who can handle courtroom and arbitration matters, develop client relationships, and contribute to practice growth. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome and will be valued.

Proven partner-level experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
Track record of courtroom and arbitration advocacy, managing litigation teams and supervising associates
Client development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Active bar admission in California (or eligibility to become admitted)
