Senior Real Estate and Construction partner role in a well-established UK firm, based in London. The role will lead and develop a market-facing practice advising on a broad range of real estate and construction matters for commercial clients.

We seek an experienced partner able to take ownership of client relationships, win new instructions and mentor a team of fee-earners. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to bring and grow business in the London market is required.

Qualified solicitor with significant partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters
Proven track record of business development and maintaining client relationships; portable practice desirable
Experience leading teams and managing profitable matters
Strong commercial drafting, negotiation and advisory skills for complex property and construction transactions/disputes
