Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Real Estate and Construction group in the Long Island (Melville) office. The role will handle a mix of commercial real estate matters and construction-related transactions and disputes for regional and national clients.

The ideal candidate will lead client engagements, develop and grow a portable practice, and collaborate across a multi-disciplinary team. This is a high-visibility role with opportunities for origination and practice leadership within the office.

Established partner with significant experience in commercial real estate and construction law (transactions and/or disputes).
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong technical skills in drafting, negotiation, and project coordination; courtroom or arbitration experience a plus if applicable.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and excellent communication and team leadership skills.
