Leading national law firm seeking a partner to join its Los Angeles real estate and construction practice. The role will focus on transactional and project-side matters across commercial real estate, development and construction-related matters for institutional and corporate clients.

Ideal candidates will lead client engagements, supervise junior lawyers, and play a visible role in business development for the practice in Southern California. The hiring team welcomes candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships.

Admission to the California bar and eligible to practice in California.
Established partner-level track record in real estate transactions and construction-related matters (project-side, contracting, and risk allocation).
Demonstrated experience supervising associates and managing client relationships.
Proven business development ability; portable book of business or demonstrable client origination is welcome.
