Senior transactional partner opportunity in Los Angeles leading a real estate and construction practice. The role focuses on complex real estate transactions, construction-related matters, and cross-border or multi-jurisdictional deals for institutional and corporate clients.

The right candidate will steward client relationships, win new business, and collaborate with litigation, finance, and development teams across offices. Responsibilities include deal leadership, supervising associates, and contributing to practice development on the West Coast.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions (commercial leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, development, construction contracts preferred)
Proven track record of originating and growing client relationships; a portable practice is highly desirable
Experience leading deals and managing teams of associates and counsel
Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills for complex transactions
Active bar admission in California or eligibility to be admitted
