Senior real estate partner role in Los Angeles for an established national law firm seeking a partner to lead and grow the practice in the region. The role will focus on commercial real estate and construction matters, with additional work touching on hospitality-related real estate and succession/estate planning for owner-operators.

Ideal candidate will take a leadership role on transactions and disputes, build client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. There is flexibility to bring a portable practice; business development and client origination experience are valued.

Licensed to practice in California with active bar admission
Proven partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction matters
Track record of client development and ability to manage a portable practice
Experience handling hospitality-related real estate matters and/or estate/succession planning for owners is a plus
