Senior hire to lead and expand a Real Estate & Construction practice in the firm’s Los Angeles office. The role combines client-facing work across commercial real estate and construction matters, business development, and team leadership within a sector-focused platform.

Open to candidates based nationwide; the team is particularly interested in partners with a portable practice or established client relationships in real estate, construction, project development, or related industries. The group works on transactional, advisory and construction-related risk matters for regional and national clients.

Partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law with a demonstrable track record of client service.
Proven business development ability; portable book of business preferred.
Admitted to practice (or able to obtain admission) in California; strong commercial judgment and leadership skills.
Experience leading or mentoring a team and collaborating across industry groups.
