Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established real estate and construction practice in Madison. The role will involve leading client matters across development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and construction-related issues for owners, developers, lenders and contractors.

The team handles a broad mix of transactional and project-focused work; candidates should be comfortable managing complex cross-disciplinary matters and mentoring junior lawyers. The office is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice.

Experienced partner-level lawyer with a primary focus in real estate and construction law
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Strong transactional and project management experience (development, acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, construction agreements, risk allocation)
Ability to supervise and develop associates and collaborate with complementary practice groups
