Leading international law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Madrid real estate and construction team. The role will focus on cross-border transactional and development work across Spain and Europe, advising sponsors, developers and lenders on complex real estate and construction matters.

The successful candidate will lead mandates, build and manage client relationships and work closely with international offices to service multinational clients. A portable practice with established international relationships is welcome.

Established partner or equivalent with significant experience in real estate and construction transactions and disputes
Proven track record advising international clients on cross-border matters
Strong business development skills and ability to bring or grow client relationships
Fluent in Spanish and English; admitted to practice in Spain or equivalent qualification
