Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction law (transactional and/or disputes).
Track record of leading client engagements and developing business; portable practice welcomed.
Ability to manage and mentor associates and collaborate with cross-practice teams.
Admission to practice in the relevant UK jurisdiction (or ability to secure admission).
