Top-tier national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Miami real estate team with a strong construction focus. The role will handle sophisticated real estate and construction matters across transactional, development, and project lifecycle work for regional and national clients.

The successful candidate will take a visible client-facing role, grow regional business, and collaborate across practice groups. This is a partner-level opportunity for an attorney with an established commercial real estate and construction practice who can contribute to business development and team leadership.

Admitted to practice in Florida (or eligible for admission).
Significant experience in commercial real estate and construction matters (transactional and/or dispute experience).
Proven track record of client service and business development; portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate new business preferred.
Experience mentoring and leading teams of associates and junior lawyers.
