Seeking a partner to lead and grow a busy real-estate and construction practice in the Minneapolis office of a national law firm. The role focuses on land acquisition, development and construction matters for institutional and private clients, with opportunities to work on hospitality-related matters and related succession/estate planning issues.

This is a partner-level opening for an attorney with an established practice or portable client relationships who can originate work and mentor junior lawyers. The position offers the ability to shape practice strategy and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the firm.

Partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law (transactions and/or disputes).
Proven ability to develop business and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Admissions and licensure sufficient to practice in Minnesota (or ability to obtain).
Strong drafting, negotiation and team leadership skills; experience with hospitality and succession/estate planning matters a plus.
