Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Real Estate and Construction practice in Minneapolis. The role focuses on advising owners, developers, lenders and contractors on transactional and project-related matters across commercial real estate and construction projects.

The team works on a range of matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing support, and contract negotiation and dispute avoidance for construction projects. The position offers a platform to build cross-disciplinary work with industry-focused groups.

Open to candidates nationwide; the firm is particularly interested in experienced partner candidates with a portable practice and demonstrated business development capability.

Established track record in real estate and construction law at partner level
Proven business development and client relationship skills; portable practice preferred
Strong drafting and negotiation abilities on complex transactional and project documents
Ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and with industry teams
