Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Munich team focusing on real estate, construction and related infrastructure matters. The role combines transactional and regulatory work across energy and transportation-linked projects.

The successful candidate will build and lead client relationships, work with a multidisciplinary team and support business development across domestic and cross-border matters. The firm offers partnership equity and senior leadership opportunities within an established practice group.

Qualified lawyer with partner-level experience in real estate, construction or infrastructure matters.
Proven track record of originating and managing client work; portable client relationships desirable.
Strong commercial judgment, team leadership and business development skills.
Fluent in German and English; admitted in Germany (or equivalent qualification).
