Senior partner-level role to lead and grow a Real Estate & Construction practice in Muscat for a well-established international firm. The role offers responsibility for client relationship leadership, deal and project oversight, and developing the next generation of local partners.

This is a strategic hire aimed at succession and future leadership as current senior partners approach retirement. A visible position within the regional practice, with broad exposure to complex real estate, construction and development work across Oman and the region.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, ideally with regional project experience.
Track record of originating and managing complex transactions and disputes; team leadership and mentoring experience.
Strong business development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships desirable.
Willingness to be based in Muscat and to engage with regional clients and stakeholders.
