Senior partner-level role for an experienced real estate and construction lawyer to join a prominent international practice in Muscat, Oman. The role will lead transactional and advisory matters across the region and work with cross-border teams.

Portable practice and demonstrable client origination are expected; candidates with prior experience at international firms are strongly preferred. The team operates on market-standard billing models and seeks someone comfortable managing fee-earning responsibility and business development.

Significant partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, with regional and cross-border matters.
Proven track record of originating and maintaining a portable book of business or clear business-generation capability.
Experience at an international or well-regarded regional firm preferred.
Strong client-management, drafting and negotiation skills, and commercial judgment; ability to work collaboratively with multi-jurisdictional teams.
Professional admission in a relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in Oman (or ability to obtain local registration) preferred.
