Seeking a partner to lead and grow a real estate and construction practice in a busy Nashville office. The role will handle leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development matters and advise on transactions across healthcare, renewable energy and finance sectors.

The successful candidate will join a full-service team, advising on acquisitions, dispositions, development projects and project financing. This is a client-facing partner role with opportunities to expand regional work and collaborate with other sector teams.

Partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law with a proven track record on commercial transactions and development projects
Experience advising on healthcare, renewable energy or finance-related real estate matters preferred
Strong commercial judgment, business development capability and client relationship skills
Licensed or able to be licensed in Tennessee; willingness to work on multi-state matters
Portable client relationships welcome but not required
