Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and help build its Real Estate & Construction practice in New York. The role will focus on handling complex commercial real estate matters and construction-related disputes and transactions for a range of institutional and private clients.

The team is looking for a senior lawyer who can contribute substantial technical expertise, lead engagements, and play an active role in business development. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships is welcome.

Partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law with a strong track record advising on commercial transactions and construction matters
Proven business development skills and history of originating or sustaining client relationships (portable book welcomed)
Admission to the New York bar (or ability to obtain admission) and significant years of relevant practice
Experience leading teams, managing client engagements, and mentoring junior lawyers
