Experienced real estate and construction partner opportunity with a large, national law firm’s New York office. The role will handle high-value commercial real estate and construction matters across transactional and dispute contexts, working with institutional and corporate clients.

The firm seeks a rainmaker to grow and lead the practice in-market: you will manage client relationships, originate work, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups. Portable business and proven client-development capability are welcome.

Established partner-level track record in real estate and construction law (transactional and/or disputes).
Proven client-development experience and ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Experience leading teams and managing matters from engagement to execution.
Licensed to practice in New York (JD or equivalent) and eligible to work in the U.S.
