Senior partner opportunity in a well-regarded national law firm platform seeking an experienced Real Estate and Construction partner to join the Oakland area team. The role will focus on leading transactional and construction-related matters, developing client relationships, and mentoring a growing practice group.

The hiring team is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice or demonstrable client origination aligned to industry-focused groups. This role offers firm-side leadership visibility and the chance to shape a broader practice offering across real estate and construction workstreams.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law, with a track record of leading transactions and disputes.
Proven client development and relationship management skills; portable business or demonstrated origination strongly preferred.
Ability to support and grow a practice group, including mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development.
Bar admission and qualifications appropriate for California practice (or ability to obtain).
