Established partner with a proven real estate and/or construction practice
Experience on East Coast real estate transactions, development, or construction matters; hospitality experience a plus
Track record of client origination and practice leadership; ability to bring or grow a portable book of business
J.D. and admission (or eligibility) to the relevant state bar; strong team and client-management skills
