Seeking a Lateral Partner to lead and grow a real-estate focused practice from the firm’s Phoenix office. The role combines transactional real estate work (including land/development), construction-related matters, and ancillary estate/succession planning and hospitality-related matters.

The partner will join a broad commercial practice group, collaborate with litigation and planning teams as needed, and have autonomy to manage and develop client relationships. The hiring team welcomes candidates with a portable practice or an existing book of business.

Established partner-level experience in real estate development, land use, and construction law
Track record of originating and managing client matters; portable practice preferred
Comfort collaborating with litigation and estate/succession planning teams
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
