Leading law firm is seeking an experienced lateral partner to join and grow its Real Estate and Construction practice in the Phoenix market. The role focuses on advising developers, owners, lenders and contractors on transactional, project, and dispute-related matters across the real estate lifecycle.

Open to candidates nationwide. The firm is looking for a partner who will build and lead client relationships, collaborate across industry-focused teams, and contribute to business development and practice strategy in the region.

Established partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction law (transactions, contracts, and/or dispute work).
Proven track record of client development and practice leadership; ability to bring or grow a portable practice is welcome.
Bar admission in the relevant state or ability to qualify; strong academic and professional references.
Comfort working collaboratively across interdisciplinary and industry-focused teams; willingness to be based in or committed to the Phoenix market.
