Leading regional office seeks a lateral partner to join a busy Real Estate and Construction practice in Raleigh. The role focuses on leasing, development and construction matters across healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and resort development sectors.

Successful candidate will advise on complex transactions and financings, working with multidisciplinary teams across practices. The role offers a significant client-facing platform; portable client relationships are welcome but not required.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, including leasing and development.
Proven experience advising healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics or resort development clients preferred.
Comfort advising on finance-related real estate transactions and construction contracts.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
Portable client relationships are a plus but a formal book of business is not required.
