Leading international law firm seeks an experienced partner to strengthen its Real Estate and Construction offering in Riyadh. The role will focus on advising regional clients on high-value real estate and construction matters across transactional, advisory and project-related work.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, expected to generate and develop business, manage and mentor fee-earners, and collaborate with regional and international teams. A portable practice is welcome but not strictly required for candidates with a strong local network.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters.
Established relationships and demonstrable business development ability in the Saudi market or wider region.
Track record of leading deals/projects and managing teams.
Ability to work as part of a regional/international practice and support cross-border matters.
