Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Real Estate & Construction practice in a major San Francisco office. The role will involve originating and managing matters across retail, office, multi‑family, and construction disputes and transactions for regional and national clients.

The successful candidate will build and supervise a team, collaborate with national practice colleagues, and contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to bring and grow client work is welcome.

Established partner with significant experience in real estate and construction matters (transactions and/or disputes)
Proven track record of originating or managing client relationships and business development
Experience leading teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Bar admission in California and ability to practice in San Francisco
Familiarity with regional market dynamics and cross‑office collaboration
