Senior real estate partner sought to join a well-established Seattle practice handling complex real estate and construction matters. The role covers leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development, with frequent cross-over into healthcare, renewable energy and finance-related transactions.

The team advises on transactional and project-side matters across development, financing and construction phases. This is an opportunity to lead client relationships, develop business in the region and collaborate with national teams on larger energy and healthcare-related real estate projects.

Portable practice is welcomed; candidates with an established originations record and an ability to bring or grow client relationships will be given strong consideration.

Established partner-level real estate and/or construction practice
Demonstrable experience on leasing, development, construction and finance-related real estate matters; experience in healthcare or renewable energy transactions a plus
Proven record of managing client relationships and leading deal teams
Admission or eligibility to practice in Washington; ability to work from the Seattle office
