Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction — Washington, D.C.

Senior real estate partner role based in Washington, D.C. The practice will focus on commercial real estate and construction matters, with a mix of transactional and dispute work. The team also handles related estate/succession planning matters for owner-operated real estate and hospitality businesses.

We are seeking a partner with an established, portable practice who can lead client engagements, develop business, and work collaboratively across a national platform. The role offers partnership leadership responsibilities and opportunities to grow a regional practice.

• Proven partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction matters, across transactions and litigation.
• Portable book of business and demonstrated client origination / business development skills.
• Experience advising owner-operated businesses, including hospitality or succession planning, is a plus.
• Bar admission in Washington, D.C., or ability to become admitted; strong reputation for client service and mentoring junior lawyers.
